Projector and screen systems, once a standard in venues of all kinds, are now becoming outdated and replaced by more current display methods such as LED screens. Many venues that still rely on projection systems are experiencing frustrating optical issues and expensive, time-consuming replacements. Even if a projection system is running optimally, it can easily be hampered by ambient natural lighting that washes out screens, weather, obstructions, and poor light quality. For such a large investment, implementing a new projection system is just not worth the price for many business owners; Agility’s Kevin Hill remarks “They don’t look great and just don’t blow you away like they should, especially for the cost.”
Instead, many venues are making the wise choice to move away from projection and invest in LED display systems like the Elation EZ4 and EZ6.
